LiDAR Surveys

LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) uses rapid laser pulses to measure distance and generate dense, high-resolution 3D point clouds of any terrain. Unlike photogrammetry, LiDAR penetrates vegetation canopy to capture true ground surface data — making it the industry standard for precision surveying in forested, complex, or difficult terrain.

TerraSight operates DJI L-series LiDAR systems capable of capturing up to 240,000 points per second with ±3 cm vertical accuracy — delivering data that engineers, surveyors, and mining operators can rely on for critical decisions.

Photogrammetry

Photogrammetry uses overlapping aerial photographs to reconstruct accurate 2D maps and 3D models of real-world environments. By analyzing the geometry of hundreds to thousands of images, our processing software produces georeferenced orthomosaics and 3D mesh models with survey-grade accuracy.
